Welcome to DIGITECHNIFY (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who we are

DIGITECHNIFY is a web development and digital services studio providing website development, design, branding, SEO, paid advertising, and automation services.

2. Services

We provide, among other things:

  • Web development (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, GHL, custom)

  • Design & branding

  • SEO services

  • Paid advertising support and campaign management

  • AI & automation / CRM workflows

  • Speed and performance optimization

Service details, scope, and deliverables are agreed in writing for each project (via proposal, quote, statement of work, or email confirmation).

3. Quotes, pricing and payments

  • All prices are quoted in [your currency, e.g. PKR or USD] unless stated otherwise.

  • Work typically starts after an initial payment or deposit, as specified in your quote.

  • Remaining payments are due on the dates or milestones set out in the proposal/invoice.

  • Late payments may delay delivery and can pause work until payment is received.

We reserve the right to change our rates for future work at any time. Changes do not affect ongoing projects that have already been agreed and paid.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver work on time and as expected, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information, content, and access (hosting, CMS, domains, etc.).

  • Review and approve designs, copy, and deliverables in a timely manner.

  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, copy, etc.).

You are responsible for all content that appears on your website or in your campaigns.

5. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, our services include a limited number of revision rounds (for example: 1–2 rounds per phase).

Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed as extra work at our current rates.

6. Third‑party services and accounts

Our work may rely on third‑party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, email tools, analytics, ad platforms or CRMs.

  • You remain the owner of your third‑party accounts.

  • You are responsible for any fees charged by third‑party services.

  • We are not responsible for outages, issues, or policy changes made by third‑party providers.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • After full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables we create for you (such as final website files, designs, copy) for your business.

  • We retain ownership of our underlying tools, code libraries, frameworks, processes, and know‑how.

  • We may display your project (screenshots, logos, case studies) in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

You confirm that any assets you provide (logos, fonts, images, copy, etc.) do not infringe the rights of others.

8. Refunds

Our general approach to refunds is case‑by‑case. Please read our separate Refund Policy for details.
In summary:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed.

  • DIGITECHNIFY decides whether a refund is granted, and in what amount, based on the specifics of each project and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects any refund rights you may have under local consumer laws.

9. No guarantees

We work to high professional standards, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as exact rankings, traffic numbers, or sales.

Digital performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your industry, competition, content, budget, and how you use the assets we create.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific project or service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service by giving written notice.

  • You remain responsible for all work completed up to the date of termination.

  • Any deposits and payments already made may be non‑refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy and your specific agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
