At DIGITECHNIFY, we aim to deliver high‑quality work and clear communication. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
By ordering services from us, you agree to this policy.
Important: Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country.
Most of our work is custom and service-based (time, expertise, and implementation). For this reason:
Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed.
Refunds are considered case-by-case, at our sole discretion.
DIGITECHNIFY reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the specifics of the project, the work already completed, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Deposits and initial payments are generally non‑refundable, as they reserve time and cover initial work (research, planning, setup).
If you cancel a project after we have started, you are responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
For milestones or staged payments:
If a milestone has been completed and delivered as agreed, that payment is usually non‑refundable.
If work on a milestone has not yet started and you request cancellation, we may consider a partial or full refund of that milestone, at our discretion.
We may consider partial or full refunds (case‑by‑case) in situations such as:
Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges.
A clear billing error on our side.
Work not yet started, and the project is cancelled early.
A technical issue fully on our side that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
Any approved refund will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where possible.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
Change of mind after work has started.
Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals from your side.
Results that differ from your expectations if the work matches the agreed scope and deliverables.
Issues caused by third‑party services (hosting, plugins, platforms, ad networks, etc.) outside our control.
Performance results such as traffic, rankings, or sales, which we do not guarantee.
Once digital deliverables (design files, code, copy, assets) have been sent, or access has been granted to a staging or live environment, refunds are rarely possible, as you have already received the value.
Again, we may still review the situation case‑by‑case at our discretion.
To request a refund:
Email: digitechnify@gmail.com with:
Your name and contact details.
Project name or invoice number.
Reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond with a decision or follow‑up questions.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 7 business days.
If you have concerns, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
You still have the right to open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card provider, Stripe, or PayPal if you believe a transaction is unauthorized or not as described. Those providers may apply their own rules which can override this policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it was revised.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
